Saputi (MACERATA)
The Saputi family became winemakers in the 60's and have always been conscious of the rural traditions of Le Marche. Their locality is pleasantly hilly, typical of much of Le Marche, at about 400 m altitude set against the more spectacular backdrop of the Sibillini mountains with their famous national park. ALVARO SAPUTI travels extensively and has achieved high praise internationally for his wines in recent years.
