Red Wine

Red wines are made by fermenting red or black skinned grapes.   The resulting extract from the pulp, skins and seeds account for the tannins and pigments which give rise to red wine polyphenol (RWPs) content.   RWPs contain some of the most powerful natural antioxidants known.
