Rosé

Pink wines are often made from pressed red grapes fermented on the pulp and skins for a brief period, just for the purpose of obtaining a pink colour. This results in visual attractiveness and often adds additional structure. Infrequently, ripe white grapes are briefly fermented on the skins to give wine a delicate apricot colour.
