Serragrilli (CUNEO)
The Lequio family has been running this winery for 200 years with skills handed down from generation to generation since the time when big barrels of wine were heaved around in ox drawn carts. Importantly, traditions are constantly being updated according to best modern practice. Currently under the control of female family members, great granddaughters of a most important local winegrower, COLLINA SERAGRILLI has to be considered a 'vanguard' winery. Situated at the magnificent meeting point between the Langhe and Monferrato, the town of Neive close to Barbaresco was established in Roman times. Cold winters and hot summers combine with the richness of the terroir to produce excellent wines.
