First time from Emilia Ro
The regional wines of Emilia-Romagna...for the very first time. Our two launch producers are small, specialised and as always, dedicated. One from Emilia, the other from Romagna. The main city mid way between the two is Bologna, widely regarded as the culinary capital of the world. Then there's world famous Prosciutto di Parma, Parmigiano, Aceto Balsamico.... Oddly, the local wines aren't so widely recognised here in UK but given the fastidiousness of the locals for all things gastronomic, the wines are hardly likely to disappoint, are they? Of course, you'll know this already if you've ever been to the region!
