Wine obtained from 100% Nebbiolo grapes from the commune of Montà in the Roero hills, not far west from Alba, centre of premium wine production in Piemonte. This sandy soil Roero unquestionably expresses the essential characteristics of the illustrious Nebbiolo grape but it's not so long lived so doesn't cost nearly as much as decent Barolo or Barbaresco.

Lightly smoky on the nose with big, ripe tannins and a long finish.

Ruby red, full bodied, Nebbiolo 100%, ABV 13.5%, serve 18 to 20^oC
