Harvested at the end of October, fermented in stainless steel vessels, matured in new French oak barrique for 18 months with a further 18 months in 10 hectolitre Slavonian ovals

Nose is elegant with concentrated fruits and spices. Complex notes of Cassis, blackberries, black pepper and jammy redcurrant. Palate displays balance between acidity and fruit with evident but ripe tannins and a long finish.

Deep garnet, full bodied, Nebbiolo 100%, ABV 13%, serve 18 to 20^oC
