This brilliant pink wine is unusual in being made from pure Nerello Mascalese 100%, a grape indigenous to Etna. The organically cultivated vines are 40 years old growing at an altitude of over 600m. on the eastern side of Mt Etna. Vinification includes a brief maceration followed by temperature controlled fermentation

Nose is delicate but quite fruity. Well balanced, smooth and satisfyingly structured.
