Rosso del Salento IGT 2004 Diago - Puglia

Description

Made from grapes gathered from vines 10 to 15 years old. Made by a classic method and matured in stainless steel.
The name Diago comes from that of a rich man who rode out every day and called each of his workers by name. Having no sons of his own, he left each worker a portion of his land and so his name, Diago, became synonymous with generosity.

Fine and persistent bouquet with a variety of interesting sensations. Dry and complex on the palate with long finish
