Blanc de Morgex et de La Salle Metodo Classico - Valle D' Aosta

Description

Traditional metodo classico sparkling white wine, made entirely from aromatic indigenous Blanc de Morgex grapes grown over pergolas clinging to the southern sloes of Mt Blanc (Monte Bianco) at 1,200 m a.s.l.; the highest in Europe. Crystal clear, fresh, gently but unmistakably aromatic, dry. Matured for at least 2 years. Flavour of the original fruit with a little crusty bread yeast, delicate but good length. Extremely drinkable.

If, like many others, you can't see what all the fuss is about with many overly acidic Fench Champagnes, do yourself a favour and try this.
