A premium sparkling wine, designated brut but displaying a slightly off-dry sensation in the mouth. Elegant and fine, prepared from aromatic Malvasia, Moscato, Ortrugo and a little barrel-fermented chardonnay. Ideal alternative for those who don't care for excessive austerity and overt acidity of many Champagnes. Aromatic, crusty bread and quince, perhaps more towards kumquat - characteristics.
